At play92, we’re spinning more than just your favourite throwback hits. play92 gives you a chance to win $500 every week with PlayOJO Conquer the Wheel!
How it works
- Contests happen weekday mornings during the morning show.
- When you hear the Conquer the Wheel cue, text “OJO” to 306-936-0092
- The announcers select one listener and contact them to play.
- We spin the wheel—it determines which game you play. You do not choose the game.
- If you successfully complete the game, you’re entered into that week’s Friday Grand Prize Draw.
- Every listener who spins the wheel receives a PlayOJO Prize Pack
Here are the games on the wheel:
Instant Win: Automatically added to the Friday Grand Prize Draw — no game required.
Instant Loss: If you land here, you lose your turn. The announcer will randomly select another eligible texter to spin the wheel.
Finish The Lyric: We’ll play part of a throwback song and pause it randomly. Sing the rest of the lyrics back — pitch optional, words must be right to qualify.
Name That Tune: Hear a few bars of a song. Name both the artist and the song title correctly to enter the Friday draw.
Rapid Fire: 10 seconds to give three answers that fit a theme (e.g. boys’ names starting with “O”). Get them all correct to qualify.
High Low: announcer gives a number and asks higher or lower. Three questions — get at least two correct to qualify for the Friday draw.
Name that Throwback Song: Hear a few bars of a throwback song. Name both the artist and the song title correctly to enter the Friday draw.
