If you weren’t at the Rider game on Friday night you missed out! It doesn’t have anything to do with the game though… they weren’t very good so you didn’t miss out on anything there. You missed out because the halftime show was AMAZING!! A group called The Halluci Nation performed. They are an Indigenous DJ collective that blends hip hop, reggae, among other music, with elements of First Nations music. Their music, coupled with the light show and the Indigenous dancers made for a halftime show that many people are saying was the best in years and I would have to agree with them.
Shout out to The Halluci Nation, the Indigenous dancers and the Riders for putting on such a great halftime show!
