The amount of new COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan is once again under 100.
The province says there were 90 new confirmed cases on Wednesday meaning we have been below 100 cases for six of the last seven days.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (6), Far North East (4), North West (7), North Central (7), North East (2), Saskatoon (19), Central West (2), Central East (10), Regina (12), South Central (2), and South East (19) zones.
There are 148 people in hospital with 67 percent of those being patients not fully vaccinated.
37 of those 148 people are in the ICU. That number does not include seven patients being treated for out of province.
The seven-day daily average of new cases is once again under 100 as the number sits at 95. This is the first time the province has seen the seven-day daily average sit below 100 cases since August 14.
There were 1,366 vaccines put into the arms of Saskatchewan residents on Tuesday with 1,013 of those being second doses meaning those people are considered fully vaccinated. The province says almost 830,000 residents over the age of 12 are now fully vaccinated.
