The Queen City Ex kicks off Friday, after a two year hiatus.
Before all the lights and games are open though a major set up is taking place.
Regina Exhibition Association President and CEO Tim Reid, says helping out is a great way to make some extra cash.
“One of the challenges that we’re finding across our campus coming out of COVID-19 is just the ability to find folks that want to work,” Reid said. “Maybe it’s the hot weather that we’re having or maybe it’s just the return from COVID, but we’re always looking for people who want to work, so if you’re interested in picking up some shifts or making a few extra bucks reach out to our office by going to EvrazPlace.com,” Reid said.
Queen City Ex will run this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, followed by a two day stoppage for sanitizing before ramping up again August 25 to 29.
