By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Harvard Broadcasting Inc., which are final and binding. 1. CONTEST PERIOD “Street Cents” will take place three times per week, from October 22, 2025 – November 28, 2025. Each instance of the contest will have its own mini-contest period during which individuals on the street will be eligible to participate. 2. ELIGIBILITY This contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of participation. Excluded Individuals: Employees, agents, and representatives of Harvard Broadcasting Inc. (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize providers), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Previous Winners: Any previous contest winner (or member of their household) who has won a prize valued at over $100 within 90 days or any prize within 30 days of a new contest round is not eligible to win. 3. HOW TO ENTER No registration is required. The play92 staff will randomly approach individuals in public spaces during the contest period. To participate, individuals must agree to be recorded and attempt to answer trivia questions or participate in a “name that tune” challenge on the spot. Correct answers earn cash prizes. The more correct answers you give, the more money you win — up to $100 CAD cash per person per contest appearance. Each question is woth $20 CAD, and the participant would risk their winnings if the next question asked is answered incorrectly. Participation is voluntary and by agreeing to participate, entrants acknowledge they are being recorded and potentially broadcast on-air or online. 4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY No purchase is required to participate or win in the “Street Cents” contest. 5. PRIZES Winners can receive up to $100 CAD in cash depending on performance during the trivia or music challenge. Prizes are awarded immediately on the street at the time of winning unless otherwise stated. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted. Only one prize per household per contest period. Photo ID may be required for larger prize amounts or verification. 6. PUBLICITY By participating, you agree to allow Harvard Broadcasting Inc. and play92 to use your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or recorded participation for promotional purposes on-air, online, and in social media without further compensation. 7. CONTEST JUDGING All decisions made by Harvard Broadcasting Inc. and play92 contest staff are final. In the event of any conflict or interpretation of these rules, the ruling of the play92 staff or management shall prevail. 8. TAMPERING Any attempt to tamper with the contest or interfere with its legitimate operation may result in disqualification and potential legal action. 9. TECHNICAL ISSUES Harvard Broadcasting Inc. is not responsible for any interruptions, technical failures, or issues beyond its control, including but not limited to recording equipment failures or inclement weather impacting contest execution. 10. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND Harvard Broadcasting Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the “Street Cents” contest at any time and for any reason without notice. 11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Harvard Broadcasting Inc., its affiliates, agents, employees, and partners from any liability or claims arising from or related to participation in the contest or the awarding/use of prizes. 12. LEGAL This contest is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, with jurisdiction in the courts of Regina, SK. 13. SEVERABILITY If any part of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. 14.
