Clothing Recall Hits Giant Tiger Stores

Giant Tiger is recalling thousands of clothing items across Canada due to the fact that they may contain mold.

The affected items are Giant Tiger brands of sleepwear including, Monkey Bars, Bella and Birdie,  Mountain Ridge, Survival gear and Charisma. Sherpa Robes, and both Pajar and Men’s ski pants.

Affected sleepwear and robes were sold from October 2022, to November 2022. The affected Ski Pants were sold from August 2022 to December of 2022.

The affected items may contain mold. So far no illness from the moldy clothing has been reported.

In all close to 8,000 units were sold at Giant Tiger stores across the country.
