Do your kids know what to do if they are approached by strangers in vehicles?

Warman RCMP  are sounding the alarm this morning after an incident prompted a search in the community for a man driving a black two door pickup truck.

The man allegedly attempted to abduct a youth yesterday – the incident took place near the community center in Warman at close to 3:00 pm.

Police responded and patrolled the community but were unable to locate the suspect – a white male, between 20 and 30 wearing a black t-shirt, driving a two door black GMC truck from the 2000’s.

The victim got away – but police are encouraging families to have a conversation this morning about what to do when approached by strangers in vehicles.
