Tension leads to arrest of man in Energy City

A tense scene in downtown Estevan earlier this morning.
Residents were asked to stay away from Fourth and Fifth Streets.
The alleged incident took place inside a building in the 1200 block of Fourth Street at about 8 a.m.
A report said one man threatened another with a weapon. One man ended up being arrested and streets were cleared after police said there was no further risk to the public.
