Early Sunday morning, a building in Moose Jaw’s downtown area went up in flames and left little behind.

The Moose Jaw Fire Department responded to the fire after receiving a call just before 2 a.m.

Fire crews remained on the scene battling the blaze for roughly nine hours and left around 9:30 a.m.

The Moose Jaw Fire Department says that the cause of the fire and whether or not anyone was injured is under investigation.
