Broad was closed for several hours as police investigated a two vehicle crash yesterday afternoon.

At 2:15 Thursday, police were sent to Broad Street near 2nd Avenues for a report of a two vehicle collision with injuries.

Northbound lanes on Broad between 4th and 2nd Avenues were shut to traffic and people were being asked to avoid the area for now.

A news release last night from the Regina Police Service stated the lanes re-opened around 8 o’clock.

Police did not shed any more lights on the crash, any potential injuries, or how the crash happened.
