Moose Jaw police have charged a Moose Jaw man with possession of child pornography on July 12th.

After finding out he had been contacting a child online, Nolan Conway’s phone was seized by police, as well as his hard drives and electronic devices.

Further charges to Conway may be coming. All seized evidence will undergo a forensic examination but the initial charges came following what police are calling a cursory examination of his cell phone.

Conway was released on conditions to not contact or communicate with anyone under 16.
