Three Reginans have been charged with possession of a vehicle that had been stolen from the community of Kipling.
Officers discovered the vehicle at about 5 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Albert Street and First Avenue North but couldn’t stop it due rush hour traffic.
A spike belt was deployed at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday after it had been located driving near Saskatchewan Drive and Albert Street.
Alexi Large, 19, Michael Patrick McPhee, 35, and Joshua John Bird, 34, were charged with possession of proceeds of property illegally obtained by crime and made their first appearance on the charges today in provincial court.
