An 18-year-old Regina man died in a collision east of Bienfait.

Tuesday morning at 9:40 a.m., Estevan RCMP received a report of a collision on Highway #18.

The initial investigation determined a car and a semi collided, with the driver of the car, the 18-year-old, being pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi reported minor injuries.

Highway #18 was closed during the initial investigation but has since reopened. Estevan RCMP continues to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
