A Regina man has been charged after he sent another to the hospital.
On Friday, June 24, at 4:52 a.m., the Regina Police Service responded to 6th Avenue and Angus Street for a report of two men assaulting a third.
When police arrived, they found a 31-year-old Regina man, who had to be taken to the hospital by EMS.
Police were able to find and arrest one of the individuals.
Twenty-two-year-old Matthew Matice Richard Sinclair-Bear of Regina is charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with conditions of a release order.
He is set to make his first court appearance in Provincial Court this Friday.
