A man is facing charges after he threatened physical harm to a Regina hotel’s staff.
Last week on Friday, police were dispatched to a hotel in the 48000 block of Habour Landing Drive where a man was allegedly threatening physical harm to staff.
The man would later be followed by security to be a nearby business after he left the hotel, where police arrested him.
Police recovered two pairs of pliers, a utility knife, and Saskatchewan health cards that did not belong to the suspect.
29-year-old John Tapak of Regina was charged with the breach of conditions and possession of a weapon for the purpose of danger to public peace, uttering threats, and identity fraud.
Tapak made his first court appearance on Monday.
