A second youth has been chared in connection with a homicide that happened back on November 1st, 2021.

A 16-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a 16-year-old woman.

The charge comes after the Regina Police Service was dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of Rae Street for a report of a weapons offence on November 1st. When police arrived, they located a female outside the residence who was dead.

A 15-year-old man has already been charged with second-degree murder in relation to the homicide.

The 16-year-old made his first court appearance Wednesday.
