Regina Police asking assistance in locating robbery suspect

The Regina Police is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a recent robbery.

On Monday night, around 8:45 pm, police were responded to a report of a robbery in downtown Regina at the 2200 block of Victoria Avenue.

A man entered a business and proceeded to grab an item of a shelf and hid it in his jacket which was witnessed by an employee.

A second employee confronted the man, who then ran towards the door and then outside of the business.

Police arrived and were not able to locate the suspect after a search.

The suspect is described as Caucasian and 6’0″ tall. He appeared to be in his late 20’s to mid-30’s and was wearing a black winter jacket, red hoodie with white hoodie underneath, a black ball cap with grey on the front with a white logo, sunglasses on his hat and black pants and brown work boots.
