Canada along with its NATO allies have continued to not answer Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s request to make Ukraine a no fly zone.

A fall out war in Europe would erupt if that were to happen according to NATO.

A cease order fire has been issued Russia on Monday in which they will allow civilians the opportunity to flee Ukraine.

The Russian defense ministry says cease fire talks would begin  as they allow Ukrainians the chance to leave the country, but the Russian side says the evacuation routes they will be offering will be funneled through either Russia or is ally Belarus.

Ukrainian authorities have rejected the proposals. There is not much hope the talks from the two sides will bring an end to the ongoing conflict

VISA is the latest group that is taking actions against Russia.

They announced they will be working to end all transactions within Russia within the next few days.
