A few collisions occurred Thursday morning around 3:20 am on Highway #11 between Girvin and Davidson.

After an investigation, it was determined a semi collided with another semi that was stopped on the road. A third semi would then collide with the other two semis, the semis then caught on fire, fortunately all the drivers reported with just minor injuries.

About 5 km south of the accident, around the same time another semi collided with another semi that was stopped on the road. One driver was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

While responding to a collision, a Davidson volunteer Fire Department truck rolled over with two fire fighters inside, one was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Craik RCMP received several calls of collisions yesterday.

Crews were on the scene on Highway #11 until late in the afternoon yesterday.
