Man charged with murder after body found in house fire

A man has been charged with first-degree murder after a body was found in a house fire earlier this month.

37-year-old Percy Pascal of Regina is charged in relation to the death of a 24-year-old Regina Morgan Blind of Regina.

It was back on December 16 that Police and Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) were dispatched at approximately 10:49 a.m. to the 1400 block of Cameron Street for a report of a house fire.
