Camp Hope, the tent city that sprung up in a park just east of downtown Regina last month, will not stop operations Friday as planned.

In a Twitter post issued Friday, the camp says it will continue to run this weekend with plans to decommission it ob Monday.

Cancelling our plan to decommission camp Friday and we are going to make this weekend our FINAL push. Let’s make it count #yqr

Earlier this week, the City of Regina announced a location had been found to move those at Camp Hope into an indoor location, but they have not said where that location is or when the move can begin.
