Earlier this month, the Regina Catholic School Division announced those working inside their school in any capacity would have to show proof-of-vaccination status.

Parents in the division have received a letter saying the policy will take effect November 22 with those unable to do that having to provide regular negative tests.

The policy applies to anyone who has business in the school, but does not include students or those attending an extra-curricular event at the school or having a meeting of 15 minutes or less inside the school.

A similar policy has been established for Regina Public Schools, but a date as for when it takes effect has not been announced.
