A 32-year-old Montreal man is facing drug charges after Regina Police executed two search warrants last Friday.

One was on the 2400 block of Rothwell Street, the other on the 100 block of Procter Place.

Officers seized approximately 220 grams of cocaine, currency, and multiple cell phones.

As a result Jean Gilles, was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possessing proceeds of crime under $5,000, possession of an identity document that relates to another person, and possession of a forged identity document wit intent to commit an offence.

The accused made his first court appearance on Monday.
