327 new COVID-19 cases, 11 more COVID-related deaths in Saskatchewan Thursday

Another 11 people have died after testing positive for COVID-19, which is the highest single-day jump in deaths since Jan. 28 (11).

It comes as 327 more people have tested positive for the virus. Those cases come from Saskatoon (78), Regina (51), the north west (49), the central east (28), the far north east (23), the north central (20), the north east (15), the south east (12), the far north west (10), the south central (eight), the south west (six),and the central west (two).

The seven-day average for daily new cases is 465.

There are 337 people in hospital with COVID-19, including 76 in ICU.

Another 343 people have recovered, and the active case count is down to 4,423.

There were 2,825 new tests processed in Saskatchewan.

When it comes to vaccines, 4,305 new doses were issued on Monday, including 2,688 first doses.

There are 757,766 fully vaccinated individuals in Saskatchewan.
