A person has died after being hit by a car in the Warehouse District late Friday night.
Around 11:00 pm, RPS was dispatched to 6th Avenue and Hamilton Street for a vehicle vs pedestrian collision. Information received was that a pedestrian was struck while crossing the street by a vehicle, which then fled the scene.
The victim later succumbed to their injuries in hospital.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information will be released at a later date.
