Effective immediately, the Prairie South School Division in Moose Jaw says mask use is now mandatory for all PreK to Grade 8 students in Moose Jaw when at school or on school buses.

This will apply to all visitors as well.

The division says this is just for schools in Moose Jaw with all other schools in their division not being required to wear masks, but they are recommending those under 12 and those who are not fully vaccinated to mask up.

At this time, Prairie South says none of their schools have had any in-school transmission.
