Starting Tuesday morning, CN Rail is going to be upgrading the rail crossing at Ring Road between Winnipeg Street and McDonald Street.

Due to restrictions in place on the Winnipeg Street overpass, traffic will be restricted for a longer section of Ring Road to make room for the work.

Starting at 8:00 am, drivers may want to plan an alternate route as Ring Road will be restricted to one lane in both directions between Albert Street and McDonald Street, in the eastbound lanes,  traffic won’t be able to exit at Winnipeg Street.

Ring Road West will be accessible from Winnipeg Street.

The upgrade is set to be complete by Friday.
