393 new cases of COVID-19 in Sask; 7-day average hits record high

There are 393 new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan, bringing the provincial total to 3,252.

One more person has died after testing positive for COVID-19. The provincial death toll sits at 612.

Saskatoon has the most new cases with 97, followed by the North Central with 64. Regina has 11 new cases.

The seven-day average of daily cases 346, the highest in the province since the pandemic started.

260 people have recovered from the virus.

145 people are in hospital, with 27 in intensive care. 103 of those are unvaccinated.

1,006 doses of the COVID-19 were administered Sunday, 623 of those were second doses.
