REAL to adopt city’s mask mandate in indoor spaces, including indoor portions of Mosaic Stadium

Regina’s indoor mask mandate will be applied to all REAL operated facilities.

In a release, the organization says as a city-owned property, they will comply with the requirement that takes effect Saturday.

The requirement will apply to all indoor facilities on the Evraz Place campus, including the Queensbury Convention Centre, AffinityPlex, International Trade Centre, Brandt Centre, Cooperators Centre, and the Canada Centre Complex.

Masks will also be required when visiting any indoor sections of Mosaic Stadium, including lounges, lobbies, and washrooms.

REAL says exemptions will be given to people with medical conditions, or children under 2.

If food or drink is being served at an event, masks may be removed to eat or drink, and they will not be required during physical activity.
