41-year-old Alphonse Traverse has been remanded in custody for Sept. 20, in Regina Provincial Court.

His co-accused, 42-year-old Marlene Pagee, of Winnipeg, will be back in Regina Court on Sept. 2.

On the morning of June 12, Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck in Wolseley, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
