Saskatchewan will get visits from federal NDP leader Jagmeet Singh and Conservative leader Erin O’Toole on Friday, as the first week of the federal election campaign starts to wind down.

Singh will be at the Cowessess First Nation Friday morning, and in Regina in the afternoon, while O’Toole has an event scheduled in Saskatoon for Friday night.

It is not known if the two will be making any major campaign announcements, but in an e-mail to Conservative supporters, the event in Saskatoon is being seen as “a great opportunity to connect with area Conservatives and hear from O’Toole on his campaign plans”.

Canada heads to the polls on September 20th.
