122 new cases of COVID-19 in Sask, active case count sits at 958

There were 122 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Saskatchewan Saturday.

Saskatoon leads the way with 37 new cases, followed by the North Central with 22. Regina has two new cases.

According to the province, just over one-third of new cases are in people aged 20-39.

958 cases are considered active, with 63 more people have recovered from the virus.

77 people are in hospital including 10 in intensive care.

2,562 more doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the province, bringing Saskatchewan’s total to 1,444,378 doses.
