60 new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan; one new death

The province is telling us of 60 new COVID-19 cases.

The new cases are located in the Far North West (14), Far North Central (2), Far North East (6), North West (2), North Central (5), Saskatoon (13), Central West (1), Central East (3), Regina (1), South West (3) and South East (6) zones, and four (4) new cases have pending residence information.  The active case count has jumped back up and now sits at 483.

Another person has died.  The province is no longer indicating the age and region where that death took place.

There are 56 people in hospital with 12 of those people in the intensive care unit including four in Regina.

There were 1,057 vaccines administered to people across the province on Tuesday. 288 of those were first doses.  Over 655,000 people in Saskatchewan have received two shots and are fully vaccinated.
