The last day of July saw 43 new cases of COVID-19 being announced in Saskatchewan pushing the active case count up to 496. On July 1, the active case count was 420. Of the 496 active cases, the Far North West has the most at 118 with the Regina zone sitting at 56.
Of the 43 new cases announced on Sunday, none come from the Regina zone.
There are 48 in hospital with 11 of those 48 in intensive care.
There were 4,099 vaccines given out on Saturday. 886 of those were first doses with the other 3,213 going to people who are now fully vaccinated.
