46 new cases of COVID-19; one new death

The province is reporting 46 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday along with one new death.

The age and location of the person that died was not provided on the province’s dashboard as that information does not come on the weekend or statutory holidays.

The Far North East had the most new cases with 10 with the Regina zone seeing nine.

The active case count now sits at 340 with the Regina zone having 38 of those.

63 people are in hospital with 11 in the ICU.

Just over 8,200 people were given a vaccine on Friday with 1,592 of those shots being first doses.
