Elbow RCMP were notified by the Hutterian Emergency Aquatic Response Team (HEART) that they had found the body of man in Lake Diefenbaker.
The body was confirmed to be a 36-year-old man who didn’t resurface after jumping in the lake to help his kids on Canada Day.
The man’s name is not being released and his family has been notified.
