On Friday, just before 4:00 pm, Warman RCMP responded to a collision on Highway #7, just west of Delisle.

It was determined that an eastbound car collided with a westbound pickup truck pulling a horse trailer. The female driver of the car was taken to hospital by STARS with serious injuries. No update has been given on her condition.

The female driver and youth female passenger of the pickup truck were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The two horses in the trailer were not hurt.

The highway was closed in both directions during the investigation but has since been reopened.
