Sask. reports 36 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, more than 599,000 now fully vaccinated

Saskatchewan is reporting 36 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, and no new deaths.

Active cases in the province are down to 282.

The far northwest reported the majority of the new cases with 13, Saskatoon recorded nine, and Regina just four.

There are 53 people currently in Saskatchewan hospitals with COVID-19, of those 53, nine are in intensive care.

One the vaccine front, 6,404 more doses have been administered across the province.

As of Sunday, 599,292 people are fully vaccinated in the province.
