30 new cases of COVID-19 have been announced in Saskatchewan, bringing the provincial total to 49,431.

The Far North East leads the way with 5 new cases, followed by Regina and the Central West with 4 cases each.

No new deaths were reported Thursday.

48,395 people have recovered from the virus, and the active case count sits at 373.

52 people are in hospital, including 43 receiving inpatient care, and 9 in intensive care,

The seven-day average of new COVID-19 case number is 27 (2.3 per 100,000.

An additional 7,787 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 1,321,210.
