Province records 36 new COVID-19 cases and one death

With the public health order and restrictions that we have been under about to expire, the province says there are 36 new COVID-19 infections to report with the active case now just above the 400 mark.

The new cases are located in the following zones: Far North West, 4; Far North East, 4; North West, 3; North Central, 5; North East, 2; Saskatoon, 4; Regina, 5; South West, 4; and South East, 4. One case is pending residence information. Fifteen cases were reassigned to the following zones: Far North East, 11; and North Central, 4.  One more person has died bringing the provincial total to 571.

There are 61 people in hospital with ten of those 61 in intensive care.

Almost 13,000 vaccines were delivered Thursday. The province says 53 percent of those 12+ are fully vaccinated.
