A 31-year-old man from Calgary is dead after the SUV he was driving collided head-on with a semi-tractor-trailer unit on Highway #13, just east of the village of Manor.

Carlyle RCMP attended to the scene just after 8:00 AM, where the man was pronounced deceased. The driver of the semi received minor injuries. The driver of the SUV’s family has been notified.

The highway was closed for a brief time but it has since re-opened. RCMP are still investigating.

Manor is roughly two hours southeast of Regina.
