RCMP are at the scene of what is being described as a “serious” head-on collision near the village of Manor – east of Carlyle – on Highway 13 this hour.

There is no official word on injuries at this time.

The Highway Hotline is indicating the highway is closed at this time. Traffic is being diverted in both directions and drivers are asked to plan alternate routes or expect delays in the area.

No timeframe for re-opening the highway has been given.

Manor is roughly two hours southeast of Regina.
