A Moose Jaw man is in custody after an incident Saturday.
Police conducted a stop on an SUV without a license plate. The man refused to stop and sped away from police and left city limits.
The vehicle later returned to Moose Jaw and was involved in a collision on the 1000 of Athabasca Street East, where the vehicle collided with another vehicle, a power pole, a fence, and then came to a stop in a yard against a tree.
The driver was trapped and had to be extracted from the vehicle. He was arrested on scene and was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
