Three charged in relation to Regina’s sixth homicide of 2021

Three people have been arrested and charged with second degree murder in relation to Regina’s sixth homicide of 2021.

Early Friday morning , police were called to hospital where an injured man had been transported to, that man identified as 52-year-old Robert Fuchs, later died.

The investigation led police to a house on the 1300 block of Garnet Street in the city’s North Central district, where the three suspects were arrested.

The accused, identified as 35-year-old Marley MacArthur, 36-year-old Richard Snyder, and 24-year-old Anthony Rus, all made their first court appearances Monday morning.
