The old Costco building off University Park Drive in east Regina will become a car dealership.
City Council approved the idea on Wednesday, meaning the site will soon belong to Regina Auto Gallery.
The dealership will be just over 15,000 square metres, over 11,000 of that will be indoor retail space.

The site has been vacant since Costco relocated to Anaquod Road in the Aurora Retail Centre in November of 2018.
