KrugoFest, the summer rooftop concert series in downtown Regina, is coming back for a second consecutive year in 2021.

This year performance headliners will be Gord Bamford on July 9, The Sheepdogs on July 10, Doc Walker July 16, and Big Wreck on July 17.

Much like 2020, KrugoFest will once again be set on the parkade rooftop of Regina’s Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. Attendees will get VIP treatment, viewing the stage from their own room on the north side of the hotel with a private balcony that overlooks the rooftop stage.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, June 11, at 10:00 a.m. and start at $150 per person, packages include access to the show, private hotel room with a balcony overlooking the rooftop stage for the night as well as a fully catered meal package.

Tickets can be bought at KrugoFest.com.

Proceeds will again go to the Regina Food Bank.

“We’re thrilled that KrugoFest is returning! Feeding our neighbors and injecting excitement and live-music back into our community is a win-win,” Regina Food Bank Vice-President – Community, David Froh said in a release.

“KrugoFest started as a big idea on Twitter and grew into a major event experience for Regina, thanks to the support of this community,” Krugo CEO, Kirk Morrison said in a news release. “We’re bringing people together to enjoy some of Canada’s best musical talent while helping Regina Food Bank feed children and adults in our community.”

Last year KrugoFest raised 45,000 meals for the Regina Food Bank, this year the goal is to see that number grow to 90,000 meals.
