No charges being laid in connection to Saskatchewan-wide missing persons case

No charges are being laid in connection to an abduction investigation conducted by Saskatchewan RCMP earlier this week.

29-year-old Kelly Baht and a 30-year-old woman who was also deemed missing were located on Monday morning just south of Bankend on Highway 35.

Upon further investigation, RCMP determined no offence occurred.

Baht was previously wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large, and he has been arrested in connection to the warrant. He remains in custody at this time. Regina Police are continuing their investigation on the matter.
