RCMP are investigating after a woman was assaulted by two men in Indian Head on Sunday evening.

Police say the incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. somewhere on the service road that runs west from the Tim Horton’s / Petro Canada in the town.

According to RCMP, “a female was approached by two males that were driving a Pontiac Sunfire and was assaulted by them. The male suspects left when a male on an ATV drove towards them and then helped the female get back into her vehicle. ”

Police would like to speak with the person who was driving the ATV.

Anyone with more information is asked to contact Indian Head RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Police did not say if the woman suffered any injuries.
