Saying it is “perhaps not surprising news to share”, organizers of the Regina Folk Festival have cancelled the event for a second straight year due to the pandemic.

The event was go August 6-8.

In a release, organizers say they are also thinking of those people who purchased tickets for the 2020 festival and asked that we forward those tickets on to the 2021 festival. Our programming this summer will not be the full Regina Folk Festival experience. With this in mind, we would like to offer you the option of a full refund for your purchase or to donate your ticket purchase to the RFF. Donating to the Regina Folk Festival ensures that we are able to provide excellent music experiences for years to come!

Organizers add there will be some announcements made later this year about some summer programming and that anyone wanting more information on tickets, especially if you purchased 2020 tickets on the 2019 festival site to call them at 306-757-0308 or e-mail [email protected].
