More front-line health care workers to be vaccinated

Vaccine eligibility is being expanded by the province so that more front-line health care workers can get a vaccine.

The province says the following groups are now eligible:

  •  Frontline staff in private physician offices who provide patient care
  •  Frontline staff in private digital imaging clinics
  •  Frontline staff in community labs
  •  Frontline staff at the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency

These workers will be receiving a letter of eligibility over the coming days. That letter will be required to register for COVID-19 vaccination. Appointments for this group must be made through the telephone booking system only.
